State College police arrested 23-year-old Daniel Barone Jr. about noon Saturday after he allegedly trespassed in a home on the 600 block of North Allen Street.
Beech Creek woman injured in wreck
Police say a 23-year-old woman from Beech Creek suffered serious injuries after her 1994 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer struck a utility pole at 1123 S. Eagle Valley Road in Liberty Township.
The accident occurred about 6:10 a.m. Sunday. Police say the woman was transported from the scene via helicopter and her vehicle was destroyed.
Port Matilda man hurt in one-vehicle crash
A one-vehicle crash on state Route 144 in Snow Shoe Township left a 20-year-old Port Matilda man with serious injuries, according to police. The wreck occurred about 10:15 p.m. Saturday. Police say Timothy L. Spicer crashed his 1995 Nissan 200SX into a tree. Police say he lost control of his vehicle because he was driving at a high rate of speed while at a curve in the roadway.
Huntingdon County store robbed
Police say an armed gunman robbed a Henderson Township, Huntingdon County, Kwik Fill Food Mart about 11 p.m. Saturday. The suspect fled the store with an undetermined amount of cash and was last seen running east on U.S. Route 22.
