- sganim@centredaily.comLamar state police have released a photo composite of a suspect in the July 21 rape of a 37-year-old Centre County woman along a back road in Bald Eagle Township, Clinton County.
Police say the suspect black, about 5-feet 7- or 8- inches tall, with short black hair and a slight gotee. He has a coiled snake tatoo on his right forearm that was “not professional quality,”
police said, as well as chipped upper and lower teeth and a “rough” southern accent. He is medium build and in his 30s or 40s, police say.
Police say he raped the woman around 6:30 p.m. along Bald Eagle Mountain Road, which is a back way to Beech Creek.
More information on the incident was immediately available, and it wasn’t clear when the incident was first reported.
