A Chester Springs man was arrested after a scuffle and foot chase with a Penn State police officer.

Daniel E. Weber, 820 Fieldstone Drive, was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, false swearing, and minor�s law violation.

Police say Weber was stopped around 4:20 p.m. Saturday, for possessing an alcoholic beverage. Weber was transported to the Centre County Correctional Facility, arraigned and released on $10,000 bail.
