Marvels of Science: Kids get hands-on learning experience at Bellefonte Middle School

November 19, 2009 9:17am EST

A Family Science Night was held at Bellefonte Middle School on Wednesday. Hundreds of children from district schools attended the event which featured robotics demonstrations, interaction with reptiles and bugs, chemistry demonstrations, hovercar rides -- even walking on water. More than a dozen Penn State student organizations took part in the event, presenting exhibits on topics ranging from astronomy to chemistry.
