MMQ doesn't get much out of extreme sports, and probably wouldn't watch the XGames if paid, but I've watched surfers when in Hawaii. Well, with a massive storm kicking up monstrous waves off Oahu's North Shore, it's time for the rare treat of the legendary surf contest. Only held when waves are 40 feet+ and smooth, the world's best are there and the tournament is being held for the first time since 2004. It's tow-in surfing arguably at its finest. The Honolulu Advertiser has a live feed from Waimea Bay. Should make for a great day off Oahu. Another great thing about Gore's Internets.
