Community Help Centre is a volunteer-based, nonprofit organization that provides services, resources, education, training and information to people who are in need of support and to people who are seeking volunteer opportunities in the community. The organization offers a drop-in center and 24-hour hotline and works to coordinate and deliver human services throughout Centre County.

Services include short-term counseling, drug and alcohol intervention, emergency food and shelter, transportation to critical appointments, income-tax assistance, chore assistance and basic needs case management.
