Penns Valley falls to Juniata

SPRING MILLS — Penns Valley’s Kelsey Boone scored a game-high 24 points and had nine boards, but the Lady Rams fell 48-35 to Juniata on Wednesday.

The Lady Rams shot a dismal 14-for-55 from the field. Boone had 10 of the team’s field goals. “We couldn’t get any momentum going throughout the game” Penns Valley coach Andrea Borland said.

Madison Bastress dished out four assists while Ashley Struble had four points and six rebounds. Alyssa Graybill led Juniata with 12.

Penns Valley (3-13) will host East Juniata at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
