PHILIPSBURG — Philipsburg-Osceola picked up seven pins in rolling to its 11th straight victory, a 49-23 win over Curwensville on Thursday.
Chris Thompson (106 pounds), Bryan Descavish (113), Brian Evans (120), Andrew Greenawalt (138), Logan Walstrom (152), Jeff Thompson (160) and Brad Anstine (195) all won by fall for the Mounties (11-2), who jumped out to a 22-10 lead.
A technical fall from Jake Keller and an Alex Holt pin pulled Curwensville to within 28-24, before P-O won four of the final five bouts. Caleb Shively picked up a major decision for the Mounties at 126 and Bub Lumadue added a decision at 182.
