After days of mild weather recently, true winter conditions should return to State College today.
The National Weather Service predicts 1 to 3 inches of snow will fall in the area, mainly after 11 a.m. According to the NWS, the chance of precipitation is 100 percent, with nighttime accumulation adding up to another half-inch.
Ferguson Township-based AccuWeather is calling for a coating to an inch of snow, with a high of 35 and a low of 22.
