I’ve had a homemade, bright orange “Impeach Obama” sign on my car for a while now. I considered replacing it with a fancy model, but a friend advised that mine helped personalize the message.

I’ve been amazed at the overwhelmingly positive reaction. People in the next lane at stop signs give a vigorous thumbs-up, roll down their window and holler that they love it. Other people approach me in parking lots or in my neighborhood pointing out Obama’s disastrous handling of the economy and their ideas for impeachment.

Reasons to impeach? How about that “kinetic action” in Libya without approvals, which involved deaths of innocent civilians? How about suppression of the military vote and/or failure to follow up on voter intimidation unless you are a minority? And now, how about his attempt to violate the First Amendment by trying to prohibit the free exercise of religion regarding the Catholic Church?

Just some things I’ve heard around Happy Valley. I’m sure you have other possibilities and, if not, you haven’t been paying attention.
