UNIVERSITY PARK — Junior Sharaya Musser was named Big Ten Gymnast of the Week for the fourth time this season the conference announced on Monday. The honor was Musser’s ninth of her career.

Musser led the No. 10 Nittany Lions to a second-place finish in a quad meet hosted by No. 21 N.C. State with George Washington and William & Mary. The Nittany Lions scored a season-high 196.650.

Musser claimed the all-around title with a score of 39.525. Musser also won beam, tying her career high with a 9.950, and bars with a 9.900. Musser placed second in the vault with a 9.875 and seventh in the floor exercise with a 9.800.
