BUTLER — Stefan Horgas and Danny Moscone had hat tricks as State College completed a long roadtrip with a 7-2 victory over Butler on Monday.

Horgas scored in all three periods. He had a short-handed goal in the second to give the Little Lions a 3-1 lead.

Moscone scored once in the first period and twice in the third. Jill Holdcroft added a goal in the third.

Dalton Bown had five assists for State College (10-7-1), which outshot Butler 47-21. State College goalie Mac Ross had 19 saves.
