It's been a tremendous run for the Helping Hands columns, weekly for years, and they're going strong.

Here's this week's by Housing Transitions.

These are written by representatives of Centre County human service agencies, and they raise awareness of needs and services every week.

It's a tremendous credit to the agencies and to Sue Smith, who coordinates these and sends them to us. They've gone strong since we started them weekly after I spoke to county agency leaders years ago and determined they needed a way to increase awareness.
