This class empowers bicycle riders to confidently share the road with other traffic and will benefit riders of every level, from those just getting back on a bike to veteran cyclists who ride every day. Combining classroom and on-bike skills practice, the class features information on interacting with traffic, crash types and avoidance techniques, basic bike maintenance and roadside repairs, and emergency bike-handling skills. This class was developed by the League of American Bicyclists, and is taught by Chuck Anderson & Paul Rito, League-certified instructors.
Class fee is $40 and includes student manual (If you're covered by PSU health insurance, this fee may be reimbursed. Check with your HR rep).
