BELLEFONTE — The 28-year-old man identified as alleged victim No. 4 testified that two members of the Sandusky family were around during two separate times of alleged abuse.
One was at the Alamo Bowl in Texas, the other in a Penn State locker room shower.
The man testified that he and Sandusky had returned to a hotel during a trip to the Alamo Bowl to get ready for a banquet and that he was going to take a shower.
The man testified that In the bathroom, which had separate sink and shower areas, Sandusky approached him and pushed him down as to give him oral sex.
The man resisted, but Sandusky threatened him: You dont want to go back to (home), do you? he said Sandusky told him.
He was trying to get me to give him oral sex or something like that and threatening me if not, he told the jury.
But the incident was interrupted when they heard Dottie Sandusky outside the bathroom in the hotel room.
The man said Dottie called for Jerry, and she asked him what he was doing inside the shower.
The man testified that he doesnt know what happened after that, but that when he got out of the shower, Dottie Sandusky was gone.
He testified that Dottie was cold and not really loving in general.
The second incident the man testified about occured in a Penn State shower room after he, Jerry Sandusky and Sanduskys son Matt played racquetball together.
The man testified Matt Sandusky left the shower area after his father started a soap battle with the alleged victim. He testified that such battles typically would escalate to touching and caressing.
When asked, the man said that Matt Sandusky looked nervous as he left.
