Ruby Tuesday in State College has been accused by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement of a liquor law violation.
On April 16, the restaurant, at 1550 S. Atherton St., was found to have sold alcohol to a 20-year-old, police said.
The restaurant could face a penalty ranging from $50 to $5,000 and can have its license suspended or revoked, depending on the severity of the offense.
