The judge overseeing the Jerry Sandusky case ordered today that his defense attorneys are not to disclose any materials from the case to anyone.
Senior Judge John Cleland’s order came a few hours after NBC reported it had obtained a recording of the police interview Sandusky’s adopted son Matt had with police. In the interview, Matt Sandusky said he was abused.
Cleland also said that defense attorneys have 10 days to provide him and the supervising judge of the grand jury investigation an “inventory identifying all materials supplied in discovery and which was subsequently delivered to any member of the defense team.”
