State College police arrested a man early Sunday morning after he allegedly broke the windows of several homes, garages and a vehicle.
Police said the 22-year-old man, who wasn’t identified pending the filing of criminal mischief charges, used a PVC pipe and rocks to damage properties along Smithfield Street and the 1200 block of University Drive at about 1:20 a.m.
