HARRIS TOWNSHIP — DuBois Ryan Walker took a no-hitter into the fifth inning in a 2-0 victory over State College on Thursday night at the Shaner Complex in American Legion baseball.
Ed Goodall broke up the no-hit bid with a bunt single.
Kenny Craig pitched a complete game and gave up four hits in the loss.
On Tuesday, State College split a doubleheader with Hollidaysburg, falling 4-1 before winning 10-3.
Dom Viduya shut out State College until the seventh in the opener, with Ben Ripka tagged with the loss.
Two-out fourth inning singles from Kyle LeBarron, Dalton Bown and Kenny Craig broke open a 3-3 tie to give State College the win in the nightcap. Zach Smeal picked up the win.
