No Penn State players will attend Big Ten media days

No Penn State football players will be attending Thursday and Friday's Big Ten media days in Chicago, according to an athletic department release.

Junior running back Silas Redd, junior guard John Urschel and senior defensive tackle Jordan Hill were scheduled to represent Penn State. Coach Bill O'Brien will be Penn State's lone representative in Chicago.

Penn State's preseason media day is Aug. 9.
