I think there are people in the NCAA and other sports organizations who are resentful and jealous of Penn States football achievements and were just waiting for an excuse to destroy its football program.
How is justice being served by cutting scholarships to limit young, aspiring football players whose dreams have been to play football at Penn State?
How is justice being served by expunging great records of past Penn State victories? These people committed no crimes. These records will remain in the hearts and minds of the Penn State community. Let the guilty be punished not the innocent.
The stand taken by the NCAA shows very clearly that the destruction of the Penn State football program is foremost in the minds of the people making these terrible decisions and not justice for the victims.
