Penn State football: Offensive tackle removed from roster

Published: August 13, 2012

Reserve sophomore left tackle Luke Graham has been removed from the Penn State football roster.

Graham, who entered preseason camp behind Donovan Smith and Nate Cadogan on the depth chart, is the 10th scholarship player to leave the Nittany Lions since the NCAA sanctions were announced last month.

Graham moved to the offensive line this past spring after playing defensive tackle last season.

The 6-foot-4, 265-pound Graham was part of a strong 2010 recruiting class that has been depleted by the sanctions. Only nine players remain from the 20-member group.

Graham will remain enrolled in classes at Penn State, according to a team spokesman.
