CLEARFIELD — A Philipsburg man is wanted in Clearfield County after he didn’t show up for a court date in July.
Michael Webster, 31, is charged with DUI from an incident on New Year’s Eve 2011. He was scheduled for a court date July 12 and a warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to appear, Clearfield County District Attorney William Shaw said in a news release.
Shaw said police got a report that a man was pounding on a window of a parked car at the Clearfield Hospital. Police later stopped the car and arrested Webster, who was taken to the hospital for a blood test.
Authorities ask anyone who knows where Webster could be to call Clearfield County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-376-4700. All calls are confidential.
