Every so often I travel by Beaver Stadium where Joe Paterno’s statue was.

The landscaping in the area where the wall and statue once stood was very professionally done, as if Paterno never existed!

Penn State President Rodney Erickson decided to tear down the statue of Paterno and take it out of sight; it also may be in his thoughts to remove it from the minds of everyone.

Will Erickson’s next step be to take down more reminders of Paterno? If so, here is a suggestion: He could have Beaver Stadium torn down, because if it weren’t for Paterno, there would be no Beaver Stadium
