Elk Creek Cafe and Aleworks in Millheim held a Local Foods Dinner on Aug. 11, capping the Local Foods Week and Centre County Farm Tour sponsored by the Pennsylvania Association of Sustainable Agriculture.
In keeping with the week’s theme, Chef Mark Johnson prepared a menu with food from area farms.
