State Rep. Scott Conklin, D-Rush Township, announced he will hold two public meetings in his district on Sept. 17.

The first will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at the State College Municipal Building, 243 S. Allen St., to answer questions on energy choices and other issues concerning utility services.

The second will be at 7 p.m. in the Philipsburg- Osceola Senior High School auditorium, 502 Philips St., Philipsburg, to receive community input on public safety concerns.
