State Rep. Scott Conklin, D-Centre, is holding two public meetings Sept. 17.
The first, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the State College Borough Building, 243 S. Allen St., features a representative of the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate who will answer questions on energy choices and other issues concerning utility services.
The second, at 7 p.m. in the Philipsburg-Osceola High School Auditorium, 502 Philips St., Philipsburg, is to receive input from community members about their top public safety concerns.
