LOCK HAVEN — Michael Decker led Penns Valley to victories over Central Mountain and Bald Eagle Area on Tuesday.

Decker paced all finishers, covering the 3.1-mile course in 17 minutes, 14 seconds. He was the lone runner to break the 18-minute mark.

Bald Eagle Area’s Zachary Mood finished third in 18:40.

Penns Valley’s other scoring runners included Kyle Houser (18:41), Nick Fuller (19:16), Drew Hurd (19:41) and Isaac Duvall (19:41).

The Rams edged Central Mountain 27-28 and defeated Bald Eagle Area 15-50 to improve to 2-0.
