The State College Area High School homecoming parade will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, lasting about 90 minutes.
The route will be closed to traffic starting at 5:45 p.m., according to State College police.
The parade will start in the high school parking lots, taking Westerly Parkway to South Allen Street, north to Nittany Avenue, and west to South Fraser Street.
Fraser, from Foster to Fair-mount avenues, and the 100 and 200 blocks of West Nittany will be closed during the parade.
After the parade, a pep rally will be held at Memorial Field. The adjacent streets will be closed to traffic during the rally.
