HUNTINGDON — A goal just before halftime and another soon after was all Philipsburg-Osceola needed in a 2-0 win over Huntingdon on Monday night.
Lucas Kristofits found the net from Caleb Henry with 3:49 left in the first half, and Austin Krise was set up by Hunter Honan 8:44 into the second frame for the Mounties (4-0-1).
Jay Prentice got tested with several big chances for the Bearcats late but held on with five saves for the team’s fourth shutout of the season. P-O has allowed just one goal this year.
