MILL HALL — Thomas Eaton’s hat trick helped Central Mountain blank Penns Valley 4-0 Monday night.
Eaton scored a mere 26 seconds into the game, added his second 14 minutes later and netted the last with 3:20 left. Micah Powers posted the other goal and assisted on one of Eaton’s tallies as the Wildcats out-shot the Rams 17-2.
Frank Randazzo made eight saves in the loss.
Penns Valley’s scheduled game against Bald Eagle Area today was postponned because of expected heavy rain.
