According to one of his attorneys, the 18-year-old Clinton County man known as Victim 1 in the Jerry Sandusky abuse case is writing a book.

Attorney Michael Boni said Wednesday afternoon he did not have details about the book's contents.

"I really don't know what's happening on that front," he said. "They've got a publicist that's going to help promote the book."

Boni said he learned from a New York Post story on the book today that it could be released as soon as mid- to late-October.

In conjunction with the book's release, Victim 1 plans to give an interview to ABC, Boni confirmed.
