“Others may wish to see Gary Schultz receive this due process in the courts before he is punished” is a quote from Wednesday’s CDT editorial concerning renaming the Gary Schultz Child Care Center.

The presumption of innocence is a legal right of the accused, recognized in many countries, but evidently not in Happy Valley.

How does rushing to infer guilt just like the Freeh report (announced as not the only interpretation) and the NCAA sanctions (Freeh is the gospel truth) help the Penn State community heal?
