NEW HAVEN, Conn. — With three golfers among the top eight and four in the top 16, Penn State holds second place after two rounds of the Yale Womens Fall Intercollegiate.
Elyse Archambaults 1-under round of 71 Saturday led the Nittany Lions, giving her a two-day 2-over 146 total to tie for sixth.
A stroke back in a tie for eighth are Christina Vosters and Ellen Ceresko. Emily Ransone is at 5-over 149 to tie for 16th. Catherine Herrera carded a 71 Saturday and is tied for 27th at 152.
Nova Southeasterns Daniela Ortiz leads at 5-under while the team is 16 strokes ahead of Penn State.
