Final paving for Corl Street has been postponed until early October, as crews continue work on a reconstruction project.
The delay was caused by heavy rain earlier this month that saturated the stone and clay, prohibiting heavy equipment from entering the street for two days, according to the State College Public Works Department.
Grading and curb work continues this week on the street project.
