BELLEFONTE — Mitch Smith finished in first place with a time of 17:02 as Bellefonte defeated Penns Valley 22-39 and Central 15-50 Tuesday.
Penns Valley's Michael Decker came in second, with a time of 17:35.
Andrew O’Donnell of Bellefonte clocked in at 18:08 for fourth place and Nick Fuller of Penns Valley finished in fifth at 18:53.
