It has become increasingly apparent that Karen Peetz is not capable of being the president of the Penn State board of trustees.

The latest example of her high-handed arrogance was her shameful comportment in refusing to let Franco Harris speak at the public comment part of the board’s meeting.

Never mind that one person who had signed up to speak didn’t show up. Harris would not have taken any additional time from Peetz’s agenda.

Contributing further to Peetz’s lack of decorum, fairness and common sense was her excoriation of members of the audience who walked out before the meeting was over.

Penn Staters and others interested in what is taking place under the auspices of the egomaniacal Peetz must support Harris, Anthony Lubrano, Ryan McCombie, Adam Taliaferro and others who want this witless nonsense to end.
