TYRONE — Kristin Buchanan scored the game's lone goal in the opening minutes and the defense made the lead stand as Bellefonte blanked Tyrone 1-0 Wednesday to stay undefeated in Mountain League play.
Buchanan fired the ball inside the far post from the right corner of the penalty box 5:24 into the game.
Meghan Bird made five saves for the shutout, her first and the team's seventh for the year.
