BELLEFONTE — A Benner Township man will spend four years behind bars in a state prison for separate burglary and prescription forgery offenses.
Travis Snedden, 24, had pleaded guilty to trespassing and theft in connection with going into a mans home in Lemont and taking electronics items after a drug deal gone bad.
Judge Bradley P. Lunsford gave him one to two years in prison for that case.
Snedden was also indicted in a string of fraudulent prescriptions that were passed around local pharmacies.
For that offense, Snedden received three to six years in prison.
Snedden will get 67 days credit.
Hell be eligible for early parole in 40 months under the state law for nonviolent offenders known as the recidivism risk reduction incentive.
