CHRISTIAN HACKENBERG

Fork Union Military Academy, Va. (QB, 6-4, 210) — completed 12 of 22 passes for 182 yards and three touchdowns to help Fork Union (5-1) trounce Valley Forge Military Academy 33-0. Hackenberg threw touchdown passes of 52, 33 and eight yards.

GARRETT SICKLES

Red Bank Regional, N.J. (DE, 6-4, 240) — made plays all over the field in a strong defensive effort and hauled in a screen pass on offense but Red Bank lost to Rumson-Fair Haven 9-3.

BRENDAN MAHON

Randolph, N.J. (OL, 6-5, 305) — helped open holes for Randolph’s tailback to rush for 210 yards and two touchdowns in a 23-0 win over West Morris Mendham.

CURTIS COTHRAN

Council Rock North (DE, 6-5, 230) — wreaked havoc on a William Tennent offense, constantly getting into the backfield in a 17-0 win. Cothran and his teammates forced third-and-44 and thirdand-38 situations on back-to-back possessions.

ANDREW NELSON

Hershey (OL, 6-5, 265) — notched his first sack of the season on defense, and helped the offense churn out 128 rushing yards and two touchdowns, in a 36-21 win over Palmyra.

BRANDON BELL

Oakcrest, Ga. (LB, 6-1, 224) — left in the first quarter with a collarbone injury and did not return in a 33-6 loss to Atlantic City.

JORDAN SMITH

H.D. Woodson, Va. (DB, 5-11, 180) — shadowed Wilson receivers all game as his fellow defensive backs snagged two interceptions in a 32-8 win, H.D. Woodson’s first of the season.

KASEY GAINES

Grayson, Ga. (DB, 5-11, 160) — helped the defense limit Shiloh to negative yards in the second half before giving way to reserves in a 45-27 win.
