In her letter Saturday, Marylouise Markle recited a long litany of reasons we should not vote for Mitt Romney.

Most of them are not even true, and the rest are nit-picking. She accuses Romney of lying but ignores the fact that President Barack Obama has raised lying to an art to try to justify another term and has actually attempted to rewrite history.

And after all this, the best she can come up with to promote Obama is that he is “smart, cool and kind.”

Surely we deserve more of a president.
