PHILIPSBURG — Philipsburg-Osceola defeated both Central and Bald Eagle Area on Tuesday afternoon by scores of 25-32 and 15-28, respectively.
BEA’s Maddie Cingle was the overall first-place finisher with a time of 22:46.
