CLEARFIELD — Clearfield won its home match against Penns Valley in four sets Tuesday.

The loss dropped Penns Valley to 5-5 on the season. Penns Valley senior Chelsea Emel had 16 kills in defeat, while junior Tangie Lyons tallied 31 assists and juniors Ashley Struble and Jenna Bishop each had 9 digs.

Penns Valley’s next game will be on Thursday at Huntingdon.

The Lady Rams scored a big five-set win over Central Mountain on Monday night, prevailing 19-25, 31-29, 16-25, 25-23, 15-6.

Emel’s 18 kills led the way, with 30 assists from Lyons, 12 digs and three aces from Struble and four blocks from Madison Bressler.
