MARTINSBURG — Seth Cooke put home two goals and Dalton Ulmanic added a tally to help lift the Rams to a 3-1 victory against Central. Penns Valley dominated in shots on goal, tallying 21 to the Dragons' five. The game was the second in a grueling four-game-insix-night stretch for Penns Valley, which will take on Philipsburg tonight at 7 pm.
