WINGATE — Nicole Doroshenko, Kaitlin Miller and Chelsea Eisenhuth combined for 18 kills Thursday as Bald Eagle Area swept Tyrone 25-17, 25-17, 25-21.

Doroshenko also tied for the digs lead with Tylor Yarrison with three, and with Hannah Park and Yarrison with two aces.

Eisenhuth notched three blocks while Jess Bressler dished out 22 assists for the Lady Eagles (5-7).

“It was good to get a win,” BEA coach Larry Campbell said.

“We didn’t play our best, but we started to control the ball a little better in sets two and three.”
