Man charged in State College urination incident

State College police said a man is being charged with striking a courtesy officer who found him urinating in a downtown apartment building.

Police said the man, whom they did not identify, was urinating in the Alexander Court apartment building Saturday night when he was approached by the building’s courtesy officer.

The man allegedly struck the officer and attempted to flee. He will be charged with underage drinking, public urination and harassment.
