The Philadelphia Eagles signed linebacker Jason Williams on Tuesday and released linebacker Adrian Moten.
Williams started all 14 games he appeared in last season with the Carolina Panthers, compiling 17 tackles and one forced fumble.
Moten signed with the Eagles after Week 4 and did not record a tackle in their Week 5 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
