The article regarding the suit being brought by Mike McQueary against Penn State led me to wonder if the estate of Joe Paterno should consider doing the same.
I see many similarities where both individuals reported wrongdoing to their supervisors and were later disparaged and fired from their jobs as a result of their reporting.
In fact it seems that Paterno would actually have a better case, as he acted on a report rather than firsthand observation, didnt have an opportunity to stop the abuse in the showers, and obviously has suffered far more damage than McQueary.
