Boys' soccer: Early score fuels Rams’ victory over Clearfield

From CDT staff reportsOctober 16, 2012

SPRING MILLS — Dalton Ulmanic wasted little time, burying a feed from Tommy Ventura just 1:06 into the game to lead Penns Valley to a 3-1 boys’ soccer win over Clearfield on Monday.

Ulmanic scored again — on a pass from Gino Nicosia — in the second half to put Clearfield away. Seth Cooke also scored an unassisted goal for Penns Valley.

The Rams outshot Clearfield 22-13 and will close their season against Tyrone on Wednesday.
