ALTOONA — State College dropped its final match of the season 4-0 to Altoona in the District 6 Team Championships.

Gitanjali Bhushan, Juliette Greer and Callan Glover fell in singles matches in straight sets while the team of Caitlin McGlaughlin and Elizabeth Easterling lost in doubles.

“This was an amazing team in a lot of ways,” State College coach Jane Borden said. “They all improved significantly throughout the season and they were an awesome group of girls. I was proud to be their coach this year and look forward to next season.”

The Lady Little Lions will graduate three seniors from this season’s squad.
